After sharing Aman’s journey last week, I was honestly overwhelmed by the responses. So many of you wrote in, shared your own stories, or just said thank you for keeping it real.
One message that really stood out came from Sneha, someone who made a brave transition from QA testing to full stack development. Her story is not loud or flashy, but it is full of quiet confidence and growth. And today, I want to share it with you.
Sneha’s Leap of Faith
Sneha had been working as a QA engineer for a little over three years. She was doing well, had a steady job, and things were fine. But deep down, she felt like something was missing.
In her own words, she said, “I wanted to create, not just test. I wanted to be a part of the build process.” But making that switch to development felt like starting over and that was scary.
Then she came across the Full Stack Development Job Bootcamp by Coding Ninjas. It promised a clear path, structured learning, and the kind of mentorship that she was looking for.
She decided to give it a shot.
Structured learning, real growth
What Sneha appreciated most about the bootcamp was how it gave her clarity. Instead of getting lost in scattered tutorials, she had a step-by-step roadmap.
She learned how to build from scratch, starting with HTML and CSS, then moving into JavaScript, React, backend systems using Node.js, and even working with databases.
One thing that really excited her was the Gen AI module, which helped her see how modern tools are changing the way developers build products. It gave her a sense of where the industry was headed, and how she could be a part of it.
Mock interviews and real confidence
By the time placements started, Sneha had completed multiple hands on projects and had gone through several rounds of mock interviews. Those sessions helped her polish her resume, sharpen her communication, and learn how to explain her thought process clearly.
She eventually landed a job at a mid-size SaaS company. Not only did she get the role she wanted, but she also started mentoring other junior developers within just a few months.
Today, Sneha is a confident full stack developer. She builds, tests, and ships features that reach real users and exactly what she once dreamed of doing.
Stories like these matter
What I love most about Sneha’s story is how honest it is. No big overnight change. Just a steady journey powered by structure, consistency, and support.
If you are someone who is stuck or wondering if it is too late to switch tracks it is not. Sneha started by taking one decision. You can too.
I am continuing to collect stories like these from learners who have been part of the Coding Ninjas community. If you have a story to share — whether you are still learning or have already landed a job then feel free to reach out to me.
You never know who your journey might inspire.
